هل يلزم حساب لرؤية الصالونات؟Faut-il un compte pour voir les salons ?Do I need an account to see salons?
لا. اختيار المكان وقائمة الصالونات المفتوحة للحجز يتمان قبل الدخول. الحساب لتأكيد الموعد.
Non. Le choix du lieu et la liste des salons ouverts à la réservation se font avant la connexion. Le compte sert à confirmer un rendez-vous.
No. Choosing a place and listing salons open for booking happen before sign-in. The account is for confirming an appointment.
كيف أحجز؟Comment réserver ?How do I book?
من التطبيق أو حجز المتصفح: ولاية أو بلدية، صالون، خدمة، موظف، ثم وقت. التأكيد برمز SMS.
Dans l’application ou le client web : une wilaya ou une commune, un salon, une prestation, un membre du personnel, puis un créneau. La confirmation demande un code SMS.
In the app or the web client: a wilaya or a commune, a salon, a service, a staff, then a slot. Confirmation asks for an SMS code.
هل الدفع داخل التطبيق؟Paie-t-on dans l’application ?Do I pay in the app?
لا. لا دفع داخل التطبيق. السعر دينار صحيح ويُدفع عند الصالون.
Non. Il n’y a pas de paiement dans l’app. Le prix est un nombre entier de dinars, réglé au salon.
No. There is no payment in the app. The price is a whole number of dinars, paid at the salon.
كيف أسجّل الدخول؟Comment se connecter ?How do I sign in?
يصل رمز SMS إلى الرقم بصيغة +213…. لا بريد ولا كلمة سر ولا تسجيل عبر Google أو Facebook أو Apple.
Un code SMS est envoyé au numéro, au format +213…. Pas d’e-mail, pas de mot de passe, pas de connexion Google, Facebook ou Apple dans cette version.
An SMS code is sent to the number, in the +213… form. No email, no password, and no Google, Facebook, or Apple sign-in in this version.
هل يمكنني الإلغاء أو ترك تقييم؟Puis-je annuler ou laisser un avis ?Can I cancel or leave a review?
يمكنك إلغاء الموعد المؤكد. تقييم واحد بعد انتهاء الزيارة. حذف الحساب موضّح في صفحة الدعم.
Vous pouvez annuler un rendez-vous confirmé. Un seul avis est possible, une fois la visite terminée. Le détail du compte et de sa suppression est sur la page support.
You can cancel a confirmed appointment. One review is possible, once the visit is over. Account deletion is described on the support page.

لا. لا تسجيل ذاتي. فريق ميداني يتحقق من المحل وهاتف العمل والساعات قبل النشر.
Non. Il n’y a pas d’inscription libre-service. Une équipe terrain vérifie le local, le téléphone professionnel et les horaires avant la mise en ligne.
No. There is no self-serve signup. A field team checks the shop, the business phone, and the hours before it goes live.
متى يظهر الصالون، ومتى يمكن الحجز؟Quand le salon est-il visible, et quand peut-on réserver ?When is the salon visible, and when can people book?
يظهر للعامة عندما يكون نشطاً. الحجز ممكن عندما يكون أيضاً مفتوحاً للحجز.
Il apparaît au public lorsqu’il est actif. La réservation en ligne n’est possible que s’il est aussi ouvert à la réservation.
It is public when it is active. Booking in the app is possible only when it is also open for booking.
ماذا يدير صاحب الصالون بعد ذلك؟Que gère le gérant ensuite ?What does the owner manage after that?

La file du jour, les prestations, le personnel, les horaires, les exceptions, les photos et les coordonnées. Le téléphone du magasin est celui du salon, pas celui du compte personnel.
The day’s queue, services, staff, hours, exceptions, photos, and contact details. The shop phone belongs to the salon, not to the personal account.
هل يمكن أن يكون الرقم نفسه زبونًا وصاحب صالون؟Un même numéro peut-il être client et gérant ?Can one number be both a client and an owner?
نعم. الاختيار بعد الدخول، وليس دوراً يُحفظ عند التسجيل.
Oui. Le choix se fait après la connexion. Ce n’est pas un rôle enregistré au moment de l’inscription.
Yes. The choice is made after sign-in. It is not a role stored at signup.

لا. الحجز من التطبيق. لإدراج صالون اذكر الاسم والبلدية وهاتف المحل عبر صفحة الدعم.
Non. La réservation se fait dans l’application. Pour signaler un salon, indiquez son nom, sa commune et le téléphone du magasin via la page support.
No. Booking happens in the app. To report a salon, give its name, its commune, and the shop phone on the support page.
